Bio

Angela’s work is influenced by European and Asian cultures. She was born and lived in Tokyo for fourteen years, spent her teens in London and returned to the States for college, graduating from UC Berkeley. For the next dozen years, Angela’s fashion and design career took her back to Europe and Asia where she traveled extensively, eventually living in Southeast Asia for six years. This diverse cultural immersion has given Angela a deep appreciation for the English and Continental styles of Europe as well as a broad range of Asian design. She works closely to understand her client’s objectives and finds unique ways to communicate them through her designs, rather than overpower the client’s individuality with her own personal preferences. Angela’s preferred approach is to partner with clients on design as she believes that this approach consistently yields the most successful result for the Client.
