From the curve of the stairway, to the curve of the ceiling above, the shape of the black
lamps and the curve of the 2 chairs, this image has strength and sensuality. The color
palette and sparse furnishings evoke elegance and comfort of modernism past and present.

The elements of the room communicate smooth, flowing lines and quiet patterns that serve to balance and welcome. The complexity of this has a deceptive simplicity and there lies it's success, merging masculine and feminine is a seamless design.

I like the tonal quality of the white/gray mixed with the steel on the base of the table. It all feels good together

Soft curves in the staircase, the ceiling, the light fixtures and the furniture quietly compliment the geometric lines in the rest of the room and it's furnishings, creating a tranquil, peacful feel to this space, while paying homage to a classic modern look.

This room represents quiet luxury with it's architectural curves repeated by the shape of the armchairs in lieu of traditional dining chairs. The cubist carpet design and floated light fixtures add a note of Art Deco, the original modern design.

Looking at this space I picture sitting in it and feeling calm. The combination of curved and straight lines gives it a comfort level that most modern spaces lack.
