What is the difference between Decorati Pro Basic and Decorati Pro Premier?

Decorati Pro Premier is our elevated level of membership for interior designers who are serious about using the web for their businesses. As a Pro Basic member, you can see net pricing and submit showroom quote requests just like traditional offline design firms, but you will not be eligible for the Premier features, you will not get preferential placement in our designer search, and your account will look very different.Decorati Pro Premier accounts have a black background and enhanced photo portfolio. Decorati Pro Basic accounts are white and have no portfolio

Will I still get client leads if I do not sign-up for Pro Premier?

Only Pro Premier members will be on our preferred list for client leads from the Design Advisors program. Depending on your location and skill set, it is possible that you may receive a trial lead even if you do not sign-up for Pro Premier, but you will need to enroll to respond to the lead anyway.

What is the Design Advisors matching service?

Decorati Design Advisors is a matching service that connects consumer clients with designers. Clients fill out a form on Decorati describing their projects, such as style, budget, and design preferences. Decorati matches the client with up to 100 designers using a proprietary algorithm and up to 4 designers can contact the client. Once Decorati distributes a client lead, it is up to the designers to act quickly and sell their services. The service is extremely successful, with most leads selling out within an hour. The service was featured in the New York Times in August 2009. To learn more about Decorati Design Advisors, click here. Designers get on the preferred list for matches by upgrading their accounts to Decorati Pro Premier.

I already am a Decorati member. When do I need to sign-up for Pro Premier?

Current Decorati members must enroll in Pro Premier before the expiration date that is communicated to them by email. If you miss the deadline, your account will be downgraded to Pro Basic and you will not have the benefits of a Premier account (such as being on the preferred list for client leads).

Are you guaranteeing that I will receive client leads if I sign-up for Pro Premier?

No. You will receive leads based on a number of factors, including information you tell us (such as your style, preferred budget, location, etc.) and the pool of available leads. In addition to leads, your Pro Premier account provides you a much more professional presence on Decorati and other promotional opportunities.

Can I join Pro Premier if I am not an interior designer?

Decorati Pro is intended for individual professionals of the interior design trade - interior designers, interior architects, and professional buyers. You will need a resale license (or business license for non-resale states) and trade references to sign-up. Pro Premier is not intended for manufacturers or dealers. To receive the full benefits of being a manufacturer or dealer on Decorati, please contact: sales@decorati.com. If you are a consumer, sign-up here.
