Antique Tabriz Rug from Persia, Circa 1910 - Grand scale and exquisite detail come together beautifully in this elegant antique Tabriz. Delicate vinescrolls of soft tan spiral in graceful rhythms across a light cocoa ground, while sprouting a rich array of small palmettes and tiny graceful flowers that gently animate the entire surface. The fine tracery of these flowers continues into the border, where the predominantly pale tan tone provides a nice contrasting frame to the cocoa field.
