The Veneto Chest is a mainstay of the Patina line. It was one of the first pieces we produced and holds a special place in our hearts. The original chest was found in an antique shop in Provence. We altered it a bit by replacing the original brass pulls with our exquisitely carved shell pulls, carved by the adept hands of Aimo, one of the elders of a family of wood carvers who lives and works in a small town in northern Italy. The Veneto Chest is perfect in a bedroom, entryway, living room or den. Combine it with our graceful Bellagio Mirror and you have a duet that even the most discerning of the Italian nobility would find pleasing.
